بتاريخه حوالي الساعة 15:30، رصدت قوى الجيش في منطقة المصنع بالبقاع، ثلاثة أشخاص من التابعية السورية أثناء محاولتهم تهريب أشخاص من الأراضي اللبنانية باتجاه الأراضي السورية. قوى الجيش أطلقت النار باتجاههم بعد محاولتهم الفرار، ما أدّى إلى إصابة أحدهم بجروح طفيفة. وقد تمّ توقيفهم جميعاً وإحالتهم على المرجع المختص لإجراء اللازم.
