- "Army units in the areas of Tripoli and Beirut's Southern Suburbs have arrested Ibrahim Fidaan al-Masri, Ismail Rabah el-Khodr, Hussein Akram Jouni, Rashid Kassim el-Jammal and Rabih Hussein Murtada, for partaking in shootings using war weapons in the past," a Lebanese Army Orientation Directorate communiqué indicated.
