A Lebanese Army soldier was stabbed during a midnight quarrel with locals in the northern district of Akkar. A security source told The Daily Star that two men, identified by their family names Rajab and al-Hajj, attacked S. Rafoul with a knife after a verbal spat in the town of Beit Milat. Police managed to apprehend them, the source added.
