The Lebanese Army shot at two individuals on a motorcycle on an illegal earthen road from Arsal's outskirts to Arsal as both refused to stop and abide by a military order.
The shot wounded one of them who fell at the hands of the army while the other escaped.
Separately, the army arrested Ibrahim Bohlok at Wadi Hmeid checkpoint in Arsal, whereupon Bohlok has been taken to investigations.
