NNA - Two people were injured as a personal clash erupted at a restaurant in Tripoli's Mina, National News Agency correspondent reported on Thursday. 
The injured were identified as Sami and Ahmad Lazkani. 
An army patrol rushed to the scene and arrested the gun owner, while search for the shooter is still underway.
