NNA - In a qualitative operation resulting from thorough surveillance, the Lebanese Army attacked early Thursday a location for terrorist Daesh organization in the outskirts of Arsal whereupon the army managed to kill Daesh Emir Fayez Shaalan and his bodyguard Ahmad Mrouweh and arrested Daesh's security senior in the region Mohammad Mustafa Mousalli, according to a statement issued by Lebanese Army Command's Guidance Directorate.
