Between 5:01am and 5:10am, an Israeli gunboat violated the territorial waters off Ras Naqoura to a distance of about 333 meters, firing 2 explosives into the water and speaking through loudspeakers in Hebrew while directing flashlights towards the Lebanese waters, the communiqué went on.
