NNA - Army Intelligence in Northern Beqaa, have received on Friday afternoon bodies of army soldier Ali AL-Ali and civilian Mamdouh Younis.
Their remains were transported from Syria on board an ambulance to the military hospital in order to run further DNA tests for identity verification.
Families of both victims were notified in order to help in positively identifying the remains of their beloved ones.

NNA - The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), will be handing over to the authorities the bodies of an army soldier Ali Al-Ali and, the civilian Mahmoud Younis shortly, NNA field reporters said. Both actually met their death during clashes between ISIL terrorists and the Lebanese military in Qalamoun mountain slopes, the same reporters added.
It is to note that the retrieval of both bodies comes within the framework of ongoing negotiations with Nusra and ISIL to resolve the file of soldiers held in captivity by both groups.
