On 17 May 15, the Lebanese Army inflicted casualties in the ranks of militants using artillery and rocket weapons in Msaydah and Daher Jabal in the outskirts of Aarsal. Media allegedly reported that the dead and injured militants were all transported to a field hospitals in the region of Al-Malahi in Aarsal.
