Lebanese Army forces will be deployed across the country to enforce special security measures during the Eid al-Adha holiday, a statement from the Army said Monday.
During the holiday, marked this year Aug. 21-23, Army personnel will be patrolling in the vicinity of mosques, event sites and shopping centers, according to the statement. The Army requested cooperation with the measures aimed at ensuring everyone's safety.
