On 04 July 15, the Lebanese army foiled at dawn infiltration attempts and suspicious movements of gunmen at Wadi (valley) Rafek -- at ElQaa outskirts all the way to Ras Baalbeck and Arsal outskirts. The army members targeted with heavy long-range missiles the detected infiltration attempts and the suspicious movements towards the army positions. Separately, Aarsal outskirts witnessed clashes at the Lebanese-Syrian border between Hezbollah and some armed groups.
