The Lebanese Army on Monday foiled an infiltration attempt by a number of terrorist gunmen in Arsal outskirts, NNA field reporter said on Monday. Severe clashes rocked the region between the army and gunmen till dawn on Monday, but the army managed to score a number of injuries in the gunmen ranks.
