A Lebanese and Syrian were detained in north Lebanon on suspicion of having links to extremist organizations, the Lebanese Army saind in a statement Friday.
"An army intelligence unit detained Syrian national Abdullah Jamal Darwish in al-Tall neighborhood in (the northern city of) Tripoli for having links to ISIS group," the statement said.
