At 10 am, Army units carried out a number of raids in Mashta Hassan, Mashta Hammoud, Kharab Al-Hayat and Habl Al-Mansoura in Dreeb region in Akkar, which resulted in detaining 13 persons, National News Agency correspondent in Akkar reported on Thursday. The field reporter added that three of the arrested persons are of the Lebanese nationality while as the other ten are Syrians.
He also mentioned that Shadi K. the leader of one of the armed groups which fought at Kalaat Al-Hosn in Syria was among the ten detained Syrians.

At 3 pm, The Lebanese Army raided some locations in Mashta Hassan and Menieh and a camp for the Syrian refugees in Bhanin and detained 50 suspected individuals, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the Lebanese Army Command's Guidance Directorate.
The army also seized a big amount of weapons.
