The Army Friday detained two Lebanese nationals trying to smuggle Captagon pills into the northeastern border town of Arsal.
"An Army patrol detained on the Labweh-Arsal road citizens Ahmad Mohammad Hmeid and Youssef Ahmad al-Atrash, who were in a Hino pickup truck without any legal documents," the Army said in a statement.
The military said it confiscated "51 bags of Captagon pills that [the suspects] were trying to smuggle into Arsal."
