On 09 Nov 15, the Lebanese Army Command's Guidance Directorate issued a communique saying that the military intelligence managed on November 6, 2015 to arrest a wanted person due to his linkage to high rank terrorist individuals and cooperation with them. In investigations, he was discovered to be serving ISIS projects, in terms of occupying Wadi Khalid and Akkari villages and arming young individuals from Tripoli for this purpose. He was involved in Tripoli incidents and in many attacks against the Lebanese Army. Investigations with him are still underway and have led to arresting a number of suspected people
