Lebanese Army units arrested Saturday a Syrian in the area of Mankoubeen in Tripoli, on charges of belonging to a terrorist group and partaking in the recent attack against Army soldiers in the town of Arsal, whereby he was handed-over to the concerned authorities for necessary measures, an Army Command communiqué indicated.
