The Lebanese Army raided the Syrian refugee settlement of Wadi al-Araneb northeast of Arsal and arrested 121 Syrian nationals.

The statement said that 21 of the suspects were arrested on the basis of existing warrants from the judiciary, 49 were arrested for unlawful entry to the country, 46 were arrested for “walking around” with expired papers and that five were arrested for not having identification documents at all
