The Lebanese army intelligence directorate referred to the relevant judiciary the Syrian, Hassan Abdel Wahed Al-Sourani, for links to the terrorist Daesh organization, army command said in a communiqué.
The detained Syrian partook alongside Daesh in staging attacks on army units during the Arsal battle on 2/8/2014.
