NNA - The Lebanese army arrested on Wednesday 12 Syrians in Ber Elias neighborhood in Zahle for lack of legal residence permits and confiscated 5 motorcycles for lack of documented legal papers, army command said in a communiqué.
The detained persons and their seized items were handed over to the concerned authorities.
