NNA - The Lebanese Army Command - Orientation Directorate - issued on Wednesday the following statement:

"Overnight, an Army patrol arrested in the locality of Masnaa - Tallet Mrah, 47 persons of Syrian nationality trying to sneak into the Lebanese territory, in addition to citizens Ahmed Hussein Abdul Karim, Yasser Mohammed Khaled and Mohammed Atef Khaled, who orchestrated the smuggling operation. The arrestees were handed over to the competent authority for necessary action."
