On 12 Mar 16, unidentified armed men intercepted a vehicle (BMW X5) on the Chaat highway in Bekaa and forced the driver out. They stole his money and escaped with his vehicle.
وطنية - أفادت مندوبة الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام في بعلبك وسام درويش، أن مسلحين مجهولين اعترضوا على طريق شعت في البقاع الشمالي، المواطن علي خضر وهبة، وأجبروه على الترجل من سيارته الرباعية الدفع نوع "أكس فايف"، وسلبوه حوالي 600 ألف ليرة، وسيارته، وفروا إلى جهة مجهولة.
