قام أحد المواطنين، في محلة التل في طرابلس، بإطلاق أعيرة نارية في الهواء احتجاجاً على قيام دورية من قوى الأمن الداخلي بحجز سيارة مخالفة. وعلى الاثر، تدخلت وحدات من الجيش اللبناني وتعمل على مطاردة مطلق النار.
