On 30 Mar 17, an activist group rallied in Beirut's Downtown area to deliver sarcastic "certificates to thank and in appreciation to lawmakers." Activists also held an alarm clock to symbolize the time passing as lawmakers stall over new electoral law to govern the upcoming parliamentary elections.
