The author of Achkout crime which claimed the lives of four citizens surrendered to the General Security in Rayfoun and was later transferred to Baabda while the Army cordoned off the crime scene.
Relatives of the crime perpetrator have been moved to an unknown location. After inspecting the bodies, the victims were transferred to Saint Georges Hospital in Ajaltoun and Lady of Lebanon Hospital in Jounieh.
