وطنية - صدر عن قيادة الجيش - مديرية التوجيه البيان الآتي:"إلحاقا لبياناتها السابقة، أوقفت قوى الجيش إعتبارا من بعد ظهر اليوم وحتى المساء، 29 شخصا في منطقتي حي البساتين وعدوس- بعلبك، و 35 شخصا في مناطق تلعباس الغربي، بيت ملّات، عيدمون، عندقت والقبيات - عكار، جميعهم من التابعية السورية، وذلك لتجولهم داخل الأراضي اللبنانية بصورة غير شرعية، وضبطت بحوزة بعضهم 30 دراجة نارية و10 سيارات من دون أوراق قانونية.

تم تسليم الموقوفين مع المضبوطات إلى المراجع المختصة لإجراء اللازم".
