Four individuals suspected of working for a prominent Bekaa Valley drug dealer were arrested by the Lebanese Army in Beirut’s Hamra. The force announced that Lebanese nationals, Suheil Jaafar, Abbas Jaafar, Hammoudah Jaafar and Zainab al-Husseini, were arrested in Hamra and accused of receiving large amounts of cash on behalf of the unidentified kingpin. This is the second major drug related arrest this week, after security forces Tuesday reportedly confiscated three Captagon manufacturing machines and arrested two suspects.
