A clash took place on Friday in Tyre in a camp for Syrian refugees causing the injury of thirty persons.
Offenders were using sticks as weapons.
When the civil defense members interfered to transport the wounded to a hospital, some of the refugees attacked them and beat them causing the injury of two members.
