The Lebanese Army Command on Monday issued the following communiqué:

"Within the frame of the security plan implemented in Bekaa, the army arrested three people and seized three stolen cars -- Mercedes, Kia and Renault."

"Detainees and confiscated items were handed over to the concerned authorities," the Army communiqué added.
