The Lebanese Army detained 29 Syrians in the Zgharta town of Meryata as tension between locals and refugees continue to rise after the grisly murder of a local woman, allegedly by a Syrian man.
 
The murder of Rayya Chidiac, on September 22, have led to a widespread crackdown on refugees, with restrictions on their movement being put in place.
