Internal Security Forces arrested two suspects in possession of a small amount of cocaine in Kesrouan, an ISF statement reported.

The suspects, Lebanese nationals identified as M.Aa., born in 1973, and A.Kh., born in 1997, were arrested in Safra after being stopped in their Kia Rio vehicle.

After conducting a search, the ISF found 35 small plastic boxes that contained cocaine and a variant of cocaine, weighing about 6 grams in total, in addition to an unspecified amount of money.

The ISF statement also reported that a “piece,” of hash was seized.

During interrogation, the suspects reportedly admitted to selling the drugs.

Investigations are ongoing under the supervision of the judiciary.
