Two people were wounded in the town of Qattin, in Dinnieh, when knives were used during an altercation, the state-run National News Agency reported Tuesday.

The individuals involved in the dispute suffered head, stomach and thigh injuries. An emergency and relief unit from the Islamic Medical Association applied first aid to one of the injured people and transferred that person to Tripoli Governmental Hospital.

The incident appears to have been isolated and no investigation has been opened into it.
