استأجرت عائلة سورية منزلا في مدينة بعلبك، وهي مؤلفة من عدة أشخاص بينهم فتاة قاصر لا يتجاوز عمرها 11 عاما، وعلى الرغم من حالة هذه العائلة الفقيرة وقساوة الظروف التي فرِضت عليها نتيجة الحرب الدائرة في بلادها، فإن صاحب المنزل المدعو: "و.م" (مواليد عام 1970، لبناني) لم يرف له جفن حين ارتكب فعله الوحشي فحسب، بل أقدم وببرودة أعصاب ومن دون رحمة، على التحرش بإبنتهم القاصر واغتصابها لأكثر من مرة في أسوأ حادث ينم عن قساوة وانحراف فاعله.

تمكنت فصيلة رأس بعلبك في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي من توقيفه بتاريخ 30/01/2017 بعد ادعاء والدتها "و.ق" (مواليد 1983 سورية) عليه بالتاريخ ذاته، والتي كانت قد لاحظت تغيرات في سلوك ابنتها فسألتها عن سبب ذلك، حينها أفشت لوالدتها بما حصل معها، وبالتحقيق مع الموقوف اعترف بما نسب إليه، وتم تسليمه الى مكتب حماية الآداب في وحدة الشرطة القضائية، بغية التوسع بالتحقيق معه بناء على إشارة القضاء المختص وإنزال العقوبة المناسبة بحقه.
