Employees of mobile companies Alfa and Touch start an open-ended strike. They are refusing to serve customers, carry out maintenance work, and deliver recharge cards. The employees are on strike because the two companies are evading their obligations under the collective labour contract, particularly regarding health coverage, and health insurance which was downgraded from tier 1 to tier 2.
