Protesters gather in Hamra where the suicide of a man had taken place during the day, denouncing the socip-economic conditions that led him to this decision
وطنية - أفاد مندوب "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام" بأن عشرات المتظاهرين تجمعوا في المكان الذي شهد عملية انتحار علي محمد الهق في شارع الحمراء، ووضعوا الزهور وأضاؤوا الشموع، تعبيرا عن حزنهم على وفاته، ورفضا للظروف التي تسببت بالحادثة، وبخاصة الحال الاقتصادية والمعيشية السيئة التي تواجه اللبنانيين.
ورفعت اللافتات التي تحمل السلطة مسؤولية ما حدث، واعتبار الهق أحد شهداء الثورة، وأطلقت الهتافات التي دعت إلى القضاء على الفقر والجوع والذل التي تواجه الشعب اللبناني، الى جانب الشعارات الأخرى التي رفعت منذ بداية الحراك الشعبي في 17 تشرين.
