The Internal Security Forces Saturday announced the arrest of the mastermind of one of the most dangerous smuggling networks of foreigners across the Lebanese-Syrian border.
The ISF said in a communiqué that "the detainee is a Lebanese national with initials (F.A.N) born in 1989."
He was also charged with murder, kidnapping, robbery, forming an armed gang and smuggling.
