A parking dispute in south Lebanon led to a person being shot and wounded. The Information Branch of the Internal Security Forces arrested Mustapha B. after he shot Abdullah A. in the foot because the latter parked in front of a garage belonging to Mustapha’s store in Abra. Adib B., a relative of the shooter, was also arrested for taking part in the fight.
