أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي انه "نتيجة تفشي ظاهرة ترويج وتعاطي المخدرات بشكل كبير، وفي إطار متابعة شعبة المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي هذه الظاهرة للحد منها، توافرت معلومات عن قيام عصابة لتعاطي وترويج المخدرات وتسهيل أعمال الدعارة تنشط ما بين محلتي الدورة وجونية.

بتاريخ 29/03/2018، ونتيجة عملية رصد ومتابعة دقيقة، وفي عملية متزامنة، تمكنت قوة من هذه الشعبة من توقيف جميع أفراد هذه العصابة بين منطقتي الدورة وجونية، وهم:

ش. ذ. ( مواليد عام 1978، لبناني) مطلوب للقضاء.

ع. ز. ( مواليد عام 2001، سوري)

ر. ز. (مواليد عام 1982، لبناني)

ا. م. ( مواليد عام 1991، فلسطينية – سورية)

م. غ. ( مواليد عام 1985، سورية)

م. ع. ( مواليد عام 1982، سوري)

ر. ش. ( مواليد عام 1988، لبناني) مطلوب للقضاء.

وقد ضبط بحوزة الاول /330/ غ كوكايين، و/14/ غ حشيشة كيف ومسدس حربي وهواتف خلوية، وبحوزة الثالث أجهزة خلوية ومبلغ 2000$ و 11750.000 ل.ل. ، وضبط بحوزة الأخير نصف غ كوكايين.

بالتحقيق معهم، اعترفوا أنهم يشكلون شبكة لتعاطي وترويج المخدرات وتسهيل أعمال الدعارة وأودع الموقوفون القضاء المختص بناءً على إشارته".
