دورية من مفرزة استقصاء الشمال اوقفت في بلدة حلبا المدعو زكريا.ع.ح حمود، والمطلوب بموجب مذكرة توقيف بجرم مخدرات وقرار جزائي يقضي بتغريمه 500 الف ليرة لبنانية، بجرم مخالفة انظمة السير، وتم تسليمه الى مخفر حلبا.
