أفاد مراسل "النشرة" في بعلبك أنه "على حاجز الجيش اللبناني "فوج الحدود البرية الثاني"،مدخل بلدة حوش السيد علي الحدودية بقضاء الهرمل،اوقف عناصر الحاجز سيارة فان سورية لنقل الركاب وبداخلها 11 شخصا سوريا ،قادمين من سوريا الى لبنان من معبر حوش السيد علي غير شرعي حيث افاد السائق بانهم قادمين لحضور احتفال لحزب البعث،وتمت احالتهم الى قيادة فوج الحدود في رأس بعلبك للتحقيق معهم
