Army finds explosives in outskirts of Arsal

The Lebanese Army found seven improvised explosive devices on the outskirts of Arsal, an Army statement reported.

Three of the devices, each weighing 2 kgs, were found in Wadi Hmayyed in the town’s eastern outskirts, while four others that weighed around half a kilogram were found in the Wadi al-Aawaini area.

All of the explosives, the Army said, were left by “terrorist organizations,” and were dismantled by the Engineers Regiment and detonated where they were found.
