Unidentified assailants threw an explosive at vehicles belonging to a Beirut judge, the state-run National News Agency reported.
The vehicles, targeted in Kesrouan’s Aramoun, reportedly belonged to Sheikh Mohammad al-Naqri.
The cars were damaged but no one was hurt. Security forces inspected the scene of the attack and investigations into the incident have begun.
The NNA added that security cameras had captured footage of the assailants’ car, “leading to the security services expanding the investigation to arrest of the perpetrators.”
