On 28 September 2017, State Security arrested the Syrian, Mohammed J., in Jbeil for providing forged Syrian official documents in return for money.
During interrogation, it was revealed that the apprehended Syrian runs a network, comprised of Ahmad D. and Ahmad K. of the Syrian nationality, who have forged Syrian official documents in cooperation with the so- called, Qaws T., residing in Idlib.
