اعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي انه استكمالاً لمكافحة تهريب الأشخاص من سوريا إلى لبنان، ونتيجة للمتابعة
والرصد، تمكنت شعبة المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي بتاريخ 23/8/2017، من توقيف /51/ شخصاً سورياً بينهم /20/ طفلاً دون العشر شنوات، وذلك في بلدة الصويري البقاعية، لمحاولتهم الدخول إلى الاراضي اللبنانية خلسة.

كما تم توقيف المدعوَين: - ع. ج. (مواليد عام 1988، سوري) -و. خ. (مواليد عام 1999، سوري) حسب أقوالهما لإقدامهما على تهريبهم الى لبنان، على متن سيارتين الأولى نوع " فان سانغ يونغ" تحمل لوحتي تسجيل مزورتين، والثانية نوع " فولكس فاكن" من دون لوحات، تستخدمان في التهريب، تم ضبطهما.

سلّموا جميعاً الى القطعة المعنية، لإجراء المقتضى القانوني، بناءً على إشارة القضاء المختص.
