افاد مراسل النشرة في صيدا انه بعد عملية رصد ومتابعة اوقفت دورية منمفرزة استقصاء الجنوبالفلسطيني (علي ز.) في منطقة الشرحبيل -بقسطاشمال شرق صيدا وهو محكوم غيابيا بالسجن لمدة عشرين عاما مع تجريده من الحقوق المدنية بتهمة القتل، جرم اسلحة، التسبب بايذاء، اطلاق نار من سلاح حربي وقد سلم الموقوف الىالقضاءالمختص لاجراء المقتضى القانوني بحقه.
