البلاغ التالي: "حصلت في الآونة الأخيرة عمليات سلب بقوة السلاح في مناطق مختلفة من محافظتي جبل لبنان وبيروت، كان آخرها في محلة الأشرفية بتاريخ 21/4/2017، حيث أقدم مجهولان على متن دراجة نارية، على سلب المدعو م. ع. (مواليد1975 - سوري)، وإطلاق النار باتجاهه وإصابته في وضح النهار وعلى مرأى من المواطنين.
