A security source told The Daily Star said that the Internal Security Forces' Information Branch detained M.A., 36, and Aa.A., 27, in the southern district of Nabatieh.
The two suspects are from the Bekaa Valley town of Hawr Taala.
M.A. admitted during questioning to dealing with drugs brought in large quantities from the Bekaa Valley in cooperation with his fugitive relative Q.A., 33.
Aa.A. has several arrest warrants issued against him.
They were handed over to the judiciary for further questioning.
