The ISF general directorate issued a statement on the clash that took place between two citizens earlier today in Choueifat area.
During the clash, one of the persons involved shot at the other, severely injuring his daughter (born in 2002), the statement clarified.
"The shooter ran away, then returned and surrendered to Baabda police station - judicial police unit," the statement read.
