On 20 Jan 17, Hezbollah have targeted armed elements along Lebanon's northeastern outskirts with a rocket, inflicting casualties on the heights of al-Sahreej in the oustkirts of Ras Baalbeck. It added that several militants had been killed and injured in the offensive.
