On 16 Jan 17, Israeli forces erected a sand barricade near the southern Lebanon border village of Marjayoun. The two bulldozers were seen digging into the area to construct the barricade. The work was accompanied by several Israeli Humvees. The technical fence had been erected by Israel and stretches south of the Blue Line.
